Construction Begins on Amherst Gardens

Pezzuco Construction Inc., will serve as the general contractor for the $10.4 million affordable housing development in Olneyville, Amherst Gardens. In collaboration with ONE Neighborhood Builders, 36 affordable rental properties and two commercial spaces will be built scattered throughout the Amherst Street neighborhood.
